Terms and Conditions

“You” means the bearer of the voucher, who is to be the lead name on any booking made using the voucher. “We” means Airtours Direct Holidays acting agents for MyTravel, protected by ATOL 1179 & ABTA V6896. “Voucher” means the downloaded voucher printed off once qualified.

1. The free flights voucher entitles you to up to four free return flights when purchasing 7 nights accommodation at selected accommodation in selected destinations‚ provided by Airtours Holidays Limited. The offer is subject to the flights and accommodation being available on your chosen dates and availability is strictly limited during high season‚ and public/bank and school holiday periods. Voucher can be used for up to 4 people booking the same travel arrangements. The free flights can only be used in conjunction with the accommodation booked and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You must be able to travel within twelve weeks of booking. The offer is not applicable via the Airtours Website.
2. The voucher can only be used for new bookings made within twelve months from date of issue stated on the voucher. Bookings must be made through Airtours Direct Promotions. Bookings must be made through the central reservations line. This offer is not available through Airtours retail outlets.
3. Full payment is required for bookings made within twelve weeks of departure.
4. This offer is open to all customers aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to employees of MyTravel Group or Stuart Lawrence Promotions‚ their agents or immediate family members.
5. The voucher can be used on bookings made for a minimum of 2 adults and maximum of 4 adults travelling and sharing self-catering accommodation for 7 nights in any of the designated worldwide destinations. Our offer prices are compared to our current printed brochure price.
6. The offer does not include transfers to and from the airport‚ any applicable arrival and departure taxes‚ travel insurance‚ any under-occupancy supplements‚ in-flight catering‚ and fuel supplements.
7. All bookings and issuing of tickets will be handled by Airtours Direct Holidays.
8. Strictly one voucher per booking and per household.
9. Airtours Holidays booking conditions apply. Please ask for details at the time of booking.
10. All passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and visa‚ where necessary.
11. The value of your holiday is fully bonded not including the value of this voucher. We therefore highly recommend you take out adequate insurance to cover this.
12. Any changes or cancellations to the booking once the booking has been confirmed are made in accordance with Airtours booking conditions and charges may be payable.
13. Any person making a booking under this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of these terms and conditions and Airtours’ booking conditions.
14. All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before travelling. Please ask your travel advisor for details of Airtours Direct travel insurance which is available at extremely competitive prices.
15. Airtours Direct Promotions, the promoter, its agents and distributors cannot accept responsibility for failure to present the confirmation forms on check-in to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance.
16. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Photocopies‚ defaced or illegible vouchers will not be accepted.
17. The offer is not transferable and is not for sale or re-sale‚ or redeemable for cash. The cash value of the voucher is 0.001p.
18. Within 14 days of making your booking you must send your voucher to Airtours Direct Promotions‚ Kings Court‚ Earl Grey Way‚ North Shields‚ Tyne & Wear‚ NE29 6AR. We will not be liable for vouchers lost in the post and it is strongly recommended that vouchers are posted by recorded delivery. Your voucher is required to confirm and verify your booking. Failure to do this will result in either the cancellation of the whole of your booking or the full cost of the flights being payable by you.
